Mahanaim’s Good News Theology
students have been working hard both in the classroom and out
in the field. Recently, they have participated in many field
trips allowing them to put into practice the concepts
discussed in class.
Eun Taek Park, current Good News
theology student, recently participated in an IYF club Bible
Seminar at Nassau Community College. He commented, “It’s
really amazing to share what I’ve learned in my theology
classes with other students who are eager to learn about the
Word of God. I was so thankful when I saw how much hope they
gained through the Bible Seminar.”
Another Good News Theology Student,
Ricardo Sanchez went on a week-end witnessing trip to New
Jersey. “What I like best about Mahanaim, is that the
education doesn’t just stop in the classroom. Since I’ve
enrolled in the Good News Theology Program, I have been
offered many opportunities to take what I learn and put it
into practice. I just got back from an awesome trip to New
Jersey. There I met many people who really took to heart the
words I shared with them. Even though I’ve only been studying
theology for a few months, I feel like my ability to
understand and explain the Word and heart of God has
dramatically increased.”
Thankfully, Mahanaim’s Good News
Theology Program is not only improving the lives of its
students, but also the lives of those people who are
fortunate enough to meet them outside the classroom. We look
forward to the many more great works that will arise from
Good News Theology at Mahanaim.
